Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Astra Guide account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete in the App

Open Astra Guide and go to your Profile page.

Tap Delete Account.

Confirm deletion. All your data will be permanently removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request via Email

If you can no longer access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:

Please include the email address linked to your account so we can identify and delete your data. This is the only way we can locate your account.

What gets deleted?

When you delete your account, all of your data is permanently removed, including your profile, birth chart, preferences, and any stored readings. This action cannot be undone.
